2008 GSI Rulebook

Below are the rules that will govern all Gravity Sports International LLC, sanctioned events. It will be the responsibility of all GSI participants to become familiar, follow and stay current with any changes to these rules.

The goal of GSI is to set in place a coherent and well-structured set of rules that will promote safe, fair and competitive competition which we believe will help to foster the advancement of all gravity sports. Please bear with us as we work to fine-tune these rules. Anyone wishing to contribute or suggest changes, deletions or additions to these rules are encouraged to contact GSI.

THEY ARE INTENDED AS A GUIDE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE SPORT AND ARE IN NO WAY A GUARANTEE AGAINST INJURY OR DEATH TO A PARTICIPANT, CREW MEMBER, HELPER OR OFFICIAL.

BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN AN EVENT A RIDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THE RULES AND AGREES WITH AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL THE RULES AND POLICIES HEREIN.

ANY OMISSIONS OR OVERSIGHTS SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS PERMISSION TO DO AS ONE PLEASES. ANY AND ALL RULE INTERPRETATIONS OR ADDITIONS MAY BE INITIATED AS REQUIRED AND WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE REFEREE AND RACE DIRECTOR. THEY SHALL BE BINDING AND FINAL.
